Arrival, departure and house rules
For every guest
What applies in every apartment and room.
- Let us know in advance what time you will arrive. Reception isn’t open all day.
- No smoking anywhere indoors.
- We don’t host stag, hen or similar parties.
- Quiet hours are from 22.00 to 7.00.
- You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival, or 21 days for July, August and the New Year holidays.
- Tourist tax is not included in the price: €2.50 per person per night, €1.25 for ages 7 to 18, free for children under 7.

… as a couple
Which rooms have a sauna?
Rooms 1, 4 and 6 have an infrared sauna. Room 1 also has a hot tub on its terrace; Rooms 4 and 6 have a bathtub.
Do we share the sauna with other guests?
No. Each sauna and each hot tub belongs to one unit.
Is breakfast included?
We don’t serve breakfast. Every room has a kitchenette with a coffee machine, and the shop is 250 m from the house.

Do you have a cot?
Yes, we can set one up in the apartments for €5 a day. Just mention it in your enquiry.
Where can the children play?
The garden behind the house has a wooden playhouse with a slide and swings, and we have board games too.
Which apartment has no inside stairs?
Apartments 1 and 2 on the ground floor. Apartments 3 to 6 have their bedrooms upstairs.

How many of us can come?
All the units together sleep 40: 30 in the apartments and 10 in the rooms.
Is there a room where we can all get together?
By arrangement you can use the dining room for 30. The garden has a gazebo with tables and a barbecue.
Can we hold a hen or stag party?
No, we don’t host parties like that.
… by electric car or with bikes
Can I charge my car?
Yes, the charger is 11 kW with a Type 2 plug. If you book with us, on our website, by phone or by email, charging is free.
Where do we keep the bikes?
In the secure bike room, which has sockets for charging e-bikes.
Where do we park?
In front of the house, free of charge and covered by CCTV. You don’t need to reserve a space.
