Who we are

What we collect and why

The enquiry form sends nothing to a server. When you click the button, your own email app opens with the message ready, and you send it yourself. Nothing you type is stored by this website.

We use your message, name, email address and phone number only to reply and to arrange your stay.

The Bentral booking calendar

On the Enquiry page you can open our booking calendar. It is provided by Bentral (bentral.com) and only loads when you press the “Show the calendar” button. Your browser then sends a request to Bentral’s servers, which process your IP address. If you book in the calendar, Bentral processes the details you enter on our behalf to carry out the booking. Until you open the calendar, the site sends nothing to Bentral.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes visitors’ IP addresses in short-lived logs for security and delivery. Cloudflare also adds its own visit analytics to the site, which uses no cookies and stores no IP addresses.

What we do not use

We use no cookies, ads or ad tracking. Fonts load from our own server and we embed no maps, so your browser sends no requests to Google or anyone else when you visit. The “Open in Google Maps” link opens Google Maps only when you click it.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiries as long as we need them to reply and for your stay. Invoicing data is kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, deleted or its processing restricted, to object, and to data portability. Write to us at the email address above. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner of Slovenia (ip-rs.si).
