A lawn with mountain views, a play area and a barbecue
On the south side of the house is a big garden with fruit trees. It gets the morning sun and shade in the afternoon. From Apartments 1 and 2 and from Room 1 you step off the terrace straight onto the grass.

“In the morning, from the balcony you could hear the hens, in the evening the cows and the rain falling, very quiet place.”

Reception isn’t open all day
Check-in is from 15.00 to 19.00. Let us know in advance when you’ll arrive so we can expect you.
Apartments 3 to 6 are on two floors
The living room with the kitchen and a bathroom are downstairs; inside stairs lead up to the bedrooms. In Apartments 4 and 6 the only bathroom is downstairs. Apartments 1 and 2 are on the ground floor.
The lake isn’t on the doorstep
It is 1.1 km away. The bus stops 250 m from the house but doesn’t run often, so check the timetable first.
We don’t serve breakfast
Every unit has a kitchen or kitchenette; the shop is 250 m from the house and the inn 150 m.
No parties
We don’t host stag, hen or similar parties. Quiet hours are from 22.00 to 7.00.
