Apartment 1 is on the ground floor, on the garden side. From the living room you step out onto a covered terrace with a table, chairs and its own hot tub, and from there straight onto the lawn.
The bedroom has a king-size bed, and the sofa bed in the living room sleeps two more. The apartment suits a couple or a family with two children.
